Chi Omega FUN in Auburn...

Carla, Anna Katherine, and I headed to Auburn this past weekend to be there for Sarah Grace's initiation:) She is officially a Chi Omega!! I was able to go to the initiation...since we are both now Chi Omegas...it was really awesome. We all had a GREAT time! Auburn was having the national championship celebration while we were there too so there was quite a CROWD on campus. Anna Katherine LOVED it and her new chair is fantastic! Rewind to Christmas and some pictures:)

I wanted to post some pictures here so I would have them to look at in the years to come. To say that I was so EXCITED to have my children home for the holidays is a great big understatement! We spent the weekend before Christmas at my brother Steven's house...just us Bius kids and Mom and Ace...then on Christmas Eve we spent it at our house (after I got off work) and then we were off to Marion again on Christmas Day to spend it at Dad's house. The day after Christmas we went over to Margaret and Tom's to have Christmas with Jim's family. We are so BLESSED and really LOVED spending time with our family over the holidays. Franklin Goes to OBU

Hello Everyone...
Well, Franklin got all moved in to college at the end of August...Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. He is still trying to adjust, but I hope he really grows to LOVE it. Jim, Sarah Grace, and I went with him on that Saturday to move in and get the dorm room all set up...Franklin relied a lot on his sister to help him to get everything organized:) His roommate (Josh) is from Texas and we left them set up and in pretty good shape. Franklin has been home on the weekends, but has just gotten started with golf practice and the team. I pray he gets really involved and meets some life-long friends. Here are a few pictures from the day....

Summer 2009 Pictures

Well I obviously did not get back the next day with pictures...boy I'm not sure what all I have been doing...besides working quite a bit. We have been working around our house on getting Franklin ready to go to Ouachita in August..which the Mom at this house is not very happy about:) . Sarah Grace and I also just went on a mother/daughter trip to Cancun and we had a wonderful time and terrific weather. But first, I want to post some pictures to show what we have been up to this summer.

What have WE been up to?

Hello Everyone,
Boy, is this summer ever passing by quickly...I don't know where the time has gone or why I have not posted in almost a month. My birthday was on June 8th...it was pretty uneventful...I worked that day and then we all went out to eat. Let me see, what has been going on since then...Carla and AK have been in Benton some going to watch Connor play ball and AK has been busy with therapy so far this summer. Franklin went with friends he graduated with to the beach for a week...I think they really had a good time.
Here they are...Franklin, Jordan, John, Andrew, Christian, and Daniel. Sally and her sister went to Destin with the boys...they got a condo in the same building:)

At the end of June, our family went with The Woodruffs to Heber Springs and the lake for a few days. We all stayed at Dad's house and we had a blast. I am going to try and post some pictures in the next couple of days. Also, I completely forgot about Sarah Grace going to Kanakuk for 2 weeks. She went to K-Kauai as a "Kanaka" (which means servant) ...she said it was wonderful. She kind of had a rough couple of first days trying to get adjusted, but then she said she had a terrific time. She met some lifelong friends. We also got to visit with Josh, Kelli, and Nicole over at K-7. They are working there for the summer.

I will be back on with a new post, hopefully tomorrow, so I can post some pictures!
